Review by Stella: This program doesn't work as it described. It can detect the IP but it cannot catch the IM conversation.
This company's technical support is AWFUL! They only replied when you were in trial version. Once you purchased, they ignored your message and there is no phone contact. I am going to request my credit company to have a charge back dispute since this program simple doesn't work. Please don't get me wrong, I am an IT professional and I know what I am doing. The company announces the software as free. After you install it and try to kill a process a popup informs that only the pro version which is paid can do the job. This is a bad fait commercial
The software is not bad, but the support and the message boards are a disaster. The administration is heavy handed and arbitrary in their decisions. Trying to get a real answer to a question
Sadly I have to agree with HJ. Stay away from the associated message board if you can, and use Fertility Friend software if you want a free version of the Ovusoft program.
Most CORRUPT Software. Stay away from it. After locking your files, forces you to but the buy the license. And no option to uninstall.
