Review by mafzal_62: I have laser jet 3200 printer. A few days ago it stopped printing. There is light in Ready and error window, but nothing is dispayed in the window adjacent to these windows and below the place where printer, fax, and scanner is written.
Some body could help me how to resolve this issue.
When I give printing command, the message that "document failed to print", appears (5/5 - 6-Jun-2006)

Review by Jim: No help whatsoever - it only shows IP Addresses, no printer info at all!!! Oh, and it didn't discover half of the printers within the range. Absolutely useless - and you charge money for this?? Ha ha ha... (1/5 - 7-Sep-2006)

The company announces the software as free. After you install it and try to kill a process a popup informs that only the pro version which is paid can do the job. This is a bad fait commercial
The software is not bad, but the support and the message boards are a disaster. The administration is heavy handed and arbitrary in their decisions. Trying to get a real answer to a question
Sadly I have to agree with HJ. Stay away from the associated message board if you can, and use Fertility Friend software if you want a free version of the Ovusoft program.
Most CORRUPT Software. Stay away from it. After locking your files, forces you to but the buy the license. And no option to uninstall.
