Review by Mark: The free copy works great. I had problems downloading an AT&T voice from their site and got a rather inept responce from their help desk. They told me a third party download tool would fix the problem but it did not. The install process is telling me it's corrupt and their help desk is telling me it's not. I have a high level of experience (4/5 - 18-Apr-2008)
