Review by Andrew: This software is very poorly written. It does not uninstall itself correctly, leaving all its registry entries intact. (Somewhat ironic for a registry editing tool...) As a result, you are left with "Registrar Registry Manager" in your "Start Menu -> Search" list, an unwanted startup item, and a bunch of unneeded file extensions and other detritus. What's more, I was completely ignored by Resplendence Software when I wrote to complain about this. Pay for it? It would be criminal to even give it away. (1/5 - 5-Nov-2006)
