ResumeGrabber Pro is a popular resume extraction software. It imports resumes from search engines (like Google), JobBoards, email attachments, etc., automatically screen resumes and transfer to your existing database.

Review by Jen: This program is amazingly useful and has sped up my daily work considerably. Its interface is simple and to the point, and it doesn't throw in any fancy frills that may look nice, but do nothing. It is a powerful program considering how user friendly it is.
However, it has been incredibly buggy and I have had a hard time getting all the functions to work properly. Tech support has been slow in getting back to me, and time is money in this business.
I would recommend this product whenever is is working properly, but as it is right now, I would buy it with caution. (3/5 - 14-Apr-2009)

The software is not bad, but the support and the message boards are a disaster. The administration is heavy handed and arbitrary in their decisions. Trying to get a real answer to a question
Sadly I have to agree with HJ. Stay away from the associated message board if you can, and use Fertility Friend software if you want a free version of the Ovusoft program.
Most CORRUPT Software. Stay away from it. After locking your files, forces you to but the buy the license. And no option to uninstall.
