Review by Mikhail P.: One of the simplest ways to get anacron if you dont want to bother with cygwin and such things on your windows box. Very simple to configure. Can run tasks in background, without interrupting with the gui. Allows to place the 'startcron' into the startup folder for convenience of having the cron service start when OS loads.
