Filthy Filter creates sound effects based on a picture provided by the user. It has two modes of operation. First is filtering a user's soundfile and the seconds - generating noise and filtering it. Both modes involve filter varying over time, in a fashion described by the supplied picture. The horizontal axis of the picture represents frequency and the vertical - time. It is easy to create wind-like and percussive sounds and even a simple rhythm
