software doesn't work (omg to mp3) installs three audio devices that failed to achieve omg to mp3 conversion. No reply support, i shan't hold my breath for technical support. |

Never had a problem with WMA. I download from Napster and use WMAConvert to change files to .mp3 and in which process WMA removes the protected rights element so I can then use the file as I think fit. As for affecting the audio drivers as mentioned in another review I have never had that problem. |

Software is very bad. It destroys the setup of your audio drivers. Does not completely converts to a specified format. Poor support. And now I am asking for a refund, and no body is replying to my email. Bottom line, don't waste your money buying this software. |

The company announces the software as free. After you install it and try to kill a process a popup informs that only the pro version which is paid can do the job. This is a bad fait commercial
The software is not bad, but the support and the message boards are a disaster. The administration is heavy handed and arbitrary in their decisions. Trying to get a real answer to a question
Sadly I have to agree with HJ. Stay away from the associated message board if you can, and use Fertility Friend software if you want a free version of the Ovusoft program.
Most CORRUPT Software. Stay away from it. After locking your files, forces you to but the buy the license. And no option to uninstall.
