Instead of playing the DVD, it starts loading from the disc, and freezes the computer before the disc is "loaded". Never got beyond a screen saying "loading please wait - 6%".

Hey i has this software and i used to watch movies on it and this software gives us a clear view and you could also take a snapshot in between the movie it is a really good software to watch movies.
