mmh. that doesn't sound very good. I have been testing many video converter (I am doing an assignment) and lately I tried ConvertHQ Premium and I found their support excellent (oh and the product works:).. .there are plenty of other solutions out there. Don't despair Corbin! |

BAD NEWS! I purchased this product Feb 2006 and from the start did not receive a working registration number. They do not answer their support emails I've written 8 times in one year, received one reply back and I've reported them to BBBOnline and will soon report them to FTC, Consumer Affairs & others to prevent buyers from being ripped off! Bad company... my advise? Look elsewhere |

The company announces the software as free. After you install it and try to kill a process a popup informs that only the pro version which is paid can do the job. This is a bad fait commercial
The software is not bad, but the support and the message boards are a disaster. The administration is heavy handed and arbitrary in their decisions. Trying to get a real answer to a question
Sadly I have to agree with HJ. Stay away from the associated message board if you can, and use Fertility Friend software if you want a free version of the Ovusoft program.
Most CORRUPT Software. Stay away from it. After locking your files, forces you to but the buy the license. And no option to uninstall.
