This product is a complete piece of crap .. just try uninstalling it. Call support first and talk to muhamad al habib but be sure to have a translator close by if you speak english.

Easy to use reporting engine. Especially if you need to report nested groups in both directions. Never seen this in the bottom up direction. Sometimes you want know not only the group membership of a user but even "the membership tree" of these groups.
