Simple Bar Code Filer simplifies document filing by the use of barcodes. A bar code on a document is read and the document named the bar code contents, making it is ideal for accounting records or any other document that can be found by a number. It has a watch folder option for use with a copier, allowing the user to use the copier to scan to a file folder and have the document named and filed in the proper directory.
