We are ACT! Users and we use Outlook to send and receive emails, manage activities and calendar.
That’s why we developed ACT! Sync that help us synchronize ACT! Group/Contacts with Outlook.
We have added a few smarts to it to import all activities and calendar related to imported contacts.
Whenever we send an email to a contact we click "Send and Export to ACT!" and it links this email
To recipient history. And it is completely free!
