Backups can be set to occur every 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, etc. This application sits in the system tray at the bottom right corner of your screen which makes it not intrusive and convenient.

Far too complicated. I got it because it says it renames folders. I dare you to install it, open up the help file, go to "How To" - rename folders and see if you can figure it out.
