Plaxo enables you to automatically update your Outlook and Outlook Express address book. You choose which people from your address book you want to get updated contact information from. It sends a simple email message to each of these people requesting them to correct the out-of-date information. Instead of playing the DVD, it starts loading from the disc, and freezes the computer before the disc is "loaded". Never got beyond a screen saying "loading please wait - 6%".
