I used this software and wish I had investigated more thoroughly online reviews before signing the contract. My experience was that everything was fine until I opened my store (post contract) and needed technical support (to get the credit card integration to work, to print labels correctly, and to figure out some software bugs I found). Paygo support (aka Christian James support) and customer service was then found to be horribly lacking. After 1 year I am finally free of the contract. Paygo Saas does not support data exports for your own financial or sales analysis - so beware (I lost about 1 years worth of data moving to another POS system) |
