I have had this software over one year. It will NOT work with Motorola Razor I work with it for a couple of days, then Quit and go on with my life. If it worked half as good as they say I would be happy

Useless. Buggier than a Minnesota picnic. Takes forever to ATTEMPT to initialize, then after say 20 maybe 30 mins or so of "Please wait... Initializing" finds other problem.

Computer recognizes new device, but software is impossible to use.
