That is between you and your phone company. If you going to give a piece of software one star, tell us why you didn't like the software, not that you family is mad that your online all the time and they can't get a hold of you. It was supposed to be removed before Christmas! When I'm on the phone or computer and someone calls, the callwave message is heard. I'v called the phone company (BellSouth)and they were supposed to take care of it, Nothing has been done about it. I've got some mad family members. Can anything be done. Please help!
