Clock housed in the tower at the eastern end of Britain's Houses of Parliament. Big Ben is not the name of the famous London Clock as many believe, it is, in fact the name of the 13-ton bell which can be found inside the clock. This bell came originally from the old Palace of Westminster. The bell was named after the first commissioner of works, Sir Benjamin Hall.
