It allows you to access and control PCI devices directly from within a Win32 application under Windows 98/ME/2000/XP without using the Windows DDK. TVicPci provides programmers with standard methods for real-time direct access to port I/O, memory mapped I/O and hardware interrupts.

AVS DVD Player FREE 2.4

Instead of playing the DVD, it starts loading from the disc, and freezes the computer before the disc is "loaded". Never got beyond a screen saying "loading please wait - 6%".
