WinPedit is the Windows version of the DOS era Pedit program.
Virtual everyone uses nowadays Windows. But the first thing that DOS afficionados do there is to open a DOS box, and use their favorite DOS programs together with the Windows software. Once acquainted with a good DOS editor, it will out perform any Windows editor.
WinPedit is such a good editor. Version 6 now supports TABBED EDITING, similar to FireFox' Tabs.
