Section calculates cross sectional properties. The results obtained from Section can be used in a structural analysis. Section allows the user to create custom cross sections graphically using rectangular elements. Area, location of centroid, and moments of inertia (including principal moments of inertia) are automatically calculated. Original, centroidal,and principal axes can be toggled on and off.
