This system allows fast browsing, as well as the ability to optionally publish high-quality photos.
This system uses a web-browser to do the browsing. Just about everybody has a browser and is familiar with it. A natural if the library is published on the Internet. But even if you want to burn your library on a CD, a browser can "browse" a CD very nicely.

AVS DVD Player FREE 2.4

Instead of playing the DVD, it starts loading from the disc, and freezes the computer before the disc is "loaded". Never got beyond a screen saying "loading please wait - 6%".
