This company offers absolutely no customer support. I attempted to move the software from and old, slow computer to a new one and was unsuccessful. I e-mailed them for support and was basically ignored. They misunderstood my dilemma (or maybe not), but would not allow me to speak with anyone who could help me and ultimately told me via e-mail to purchase the software again. Unbelievable. Buyer beware.
