I have tried repeatedly to get the "plus" to install and run, without success. After repeated failed tries at getting support from the company I have come to the conclusion that I wasted time and money and will move on to a program that has support to back it up.

Installs without problems but just does not run, I have tried starting windows again just in case in needed this, I have cleared the registry after it stated there was something wrong, I the resored my computer to before I installed it, then re-installed the product & it still wont run, I am running 3ghz processor, 1gig memory & windows XP home
