This program doesn't work as it described. It can detect the IP but it cannot catch the IM conversation.

This company's technical support is AWFUL! They only replied when you were in trial version. Once you purchased, they ignored your message and there is no phone contact. I am going to request my credit company to have a charge back dispute since this program simple doesn't work. Please don't get me wrong, I am an IT professional and I know what I am doing.
