I've run this program after trying several popular cleaning-up utilities, and it finds traces left behind by those. It even finds and deletes temp files that Ace Utilities didn't!

PurgeIE also offers a great cookie manager, which allows you to keep useful cookies and to allways block or allow cookies from a certain website.
