Not only is this a comprehensive program with bells and whistles, the customer service is impeccable. Because of problems on my computer (not the software but my internet connection) I lost out on a snipe. I went to the Auction Sentry site to see if there were any fixes for my unique problem and filled out the contact us menu page. In less than an hour I had the answer (and the solution) to my problem. It was real personal attention. The engineers for this program are constantly upgrading. The cost is more than reasonable, considering what I've saved in auction costs. I can't say enough good things about this program. It's great. |
