I have laser jet 3200 printer. A few days ago it stopped printing. There is light in Ready and error window, but nothing is dispayed in the window adjacent to these windows and below the place where printer, fax, and scanner is written.

Some body could help me how to resolve this issue.

When I give printing command, the message that "document failed to print", appears
