Review by nomad: 1) Slight code optimization for the following types of hashes: - MySQL5: for all types of attack speed is increased for 40% in average; - SHA-1: mask attack and dictionary attack speed is increased for 50% in average; - Domain Cached Credentials: mask attack and dictionary attack speed is increased for 10% in average; 2) Passwords found using pre-calculated tables attack are now immediately displayed in the list of users with hashes. 3) Some new program settings are added.
