Most CORRUPT Software. Stay away from it. After locking your files, forces you to but the buy the license. And no option to uninstall.

Thank GOd I didn't have important files stored. Had to rebot my machine to get this VIrus out of my system.

I agree with all the previous reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROGRAM! IT IS DANGEROUS. It locked up right away saying I needed to buy the full version. If I didn't have backups I would have lost the folders I tested on.

Worst software. If u try to uninstall, you cannot do it. The software locks it and u can't even retrieve the files. Very bad.

I don't think that this is FREEWARE! I installed V2.5 [lite edition] which was advertised as fee. Now my copy has locked me out with NO WAY of recovering locked files until I send them $60...

is this a scam? check it out before you use it for any serious work!!

This software is very insecure. It doesn't worth anymoney. How works? The program will create a hidden folder named "Volume Information" and the information you want to hide is moved there. You may navigate through many folders to find your (so called) hidden information, but is there. Anyway, if you delete the "Volume Information" folder, all your hidden information will be lost and your folder gone from I-Lock list.
