Been using it for the last few years, its good, detects most viruses and dangers from the web, best of all avast is free and it even talks when it finds viruses. The built-in anti-spyware could do with a bit more improvement though. User interface is good too compared to some of the others available. |

AVAST has done more then I could ask for! wonderful antivirus. Works like a charm for more than 2 years. AVAST still fight from all/some virus. I recommend it. Most of all, free for home user. Thanks! AVAST |

I have used Avast for 1 years on my older computer and it found spyware that Norton didn't find. I am going to install it on my mom's computer this week, because AVAST is a great FREE antivirus program and so much more. Thanks! AVAST |

The company announces the software as free. After you install it and try to kill a process a popup informs that only the pro version which is paid can do the job. This is a bad fait commercial
The software is not bad, but the support and the message boards are a disaster. The administration is heavy handed and arbitrary in their decisions. Trying to get a real answer to a question
Sadly I have to agree with HJ. Stay away from the associated message board if you can, and use Fertility Friend software if you want a free version of the Ovusoft program.
Most CORRUPT Software. Stay away from it. After locking your files, forces you to but the buy the license. And no option to uninstall.

It´s good, I like it. and updates is quick.
