Review by Andrew: This software is very poorly written. It does not uninstall itself correctly, leaving all its registry entries intact. (Somewhat ironic for a registry editing tool...)
As a result, you are left with "Registrar Registry Manager" in your "Start Menu -> Search" list, an unwanted startup item, and a bunch of unneeded file extensions and other detritus.
What's more, I was completely ignored by Resplendence Software when I wrote to complain about this.
Pay for it? It would be criminal to even give it away. (1/5 - 5-Nov-2006)

The company announces the software as free. After you install it and try to kill a process a popup informs that only the pro version which is paid can do the job. This is a bad fait commercial
The software is not bad, but the support and the message boards are a disaster. The administration is heavy handed and arbitrary in their decisions. Trying to get a real answer to a question
Sadly I have to agree with HJ. Stay away from the associated message board if you can, and use Fertility Friend software if you want a free version of the Ovusoft program.
Most CORRUPT Software. Stay away from it. After locking your files, forces you to but the buy the license. And no option to uninstall.
