Poor Tape support. Poor tech. Support. Lot's of user forum posts but few actual solutions. Inability to list tape contents without going into restore mode. Extremely slow user interface, tiring to work with. |

Despite many positive reviewers and awards, extensive use shows that NovaBackup’s quality is only skin deep. It can be difficult to use, manages only mediocre backup speed, and is unreliable. After several years of using NBK I switched out because of the increasing number of bugs the company is unwilling/unable to fix and the poor technical support. |

The company announces the software as free. After you install it and try to kill a process a popup informs that only the pro version which is paid can do the job. This is a bad fait commercial
The software is not bad, but the support and the message boards are a disaster. The administration is heavy handed and arbitrary in their decisions. Trying to get a real answer to a question
Sadly I have to agree with HJ. Stay away from the associated message board if you can, and use Fertility Friend software if you want a free version of the Ovusoft program.
Most CORRUPT Software. Stay away from it. After locking your files, forces you to but the buy the license. And no option to uninstall.
