FAST, EASY alternative to the slow, standard Qwerty keyboard from 1878. XPeRT enables touch typing speeds of > 40 wpm with no training in less than a week. Opposite hand keystrokes go from only 50% on Qwerty to 83% on XPeRT, a dominant factor in keyboard speed. (Dvorak scores 80%, but moves 24 letters and is hard to learn.) XPeRT moves only 2 common keys, A+N, and has a 2nd E key (13% of all letters), for easy transition for the standard.

This is a very bad thing that you should not buy, ever. It claims to be easy to learn, but it moves things that are unnecessary. For instance, Q is less common than X, so it can be left in its original position. It appears that X and P were moved just so that it would spell XPeRT. Its methods of comparing to QWERTY are skewed; it is hardly better. If you are looking for an alternative layout, you can use Dvorak (free). If you want a layout that is easier to learn, use Colemak (free) at colemak.com, which is WAY, WAY better than this keyboard, and FREE.
