This is user interface utility which helps to operate with menus. You don't need to click mouse on menu - it will be opened automatically. If you incidentally press on menu you don't need to click mouse on it - it will be closed automatically. It is difficult to explain it, but those who use PC long time, gain new feeling. If you want menu - you got it, and on the contrary, you do not want menu - you have no the menu.
