Before downloading IE 7, I would have given EZMacros a roting of "excellent", but the company's customer service and support "awful"- or actually nonexistent. You cannot get any response from them either by phone or email. It is a shame, because I really liked the program until installing IE 7 at which time it stopped working - now each macro executes minus the first letter!
