Review by IrishPuterGeek: Terrible support. Do not expect a response. Had to modify the output manually everytime I indexed and I still have a question about how to customize the output automatically. Be an expert in Javascript if you use this program because you will not get any help from them. No support number and 5+ emails over 3 days from 3 seperate accounts have gone unanswered. Terrible! The software is not bad, but the support and the message boards are a disaster. The administration is heavy handed and arbitrary in their decisions. Trying to get a real answer to a question
Sadly I have to agree with HJ. Stay away from the associated message board if you can, and use Fertility Friend software if you want a free version of the Ovusoft program.
Most CORRUPT Software. Stay away from it. After locking your files, forces you to but the buy the license. And no option to uninstall.
