Order are normally delivery by email within 3 hours during business hours (7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday). Complete documentation is included in all software delivered by email.
Orders can also be mailed first class US Mail (packet air mail overseas) and includes printed (spiral bound) manuals. There is an additional shipping and handling (S&H) charge, which is normally $20 in the US, Canada, and Mexico, and $25 everywhere else. Delivery can also be made by Federal Express for an additional charge.
