Standard Support Terms

  • you can log in to download the latest version for free at any time (this includes all bug fixes and all new versions of the product that you have purchased).
  • you are entitled to receive priority remote support during designated coverage hours via email, fax, or the Web.
  • you can re-request your license key for free at any time.

Standard Support Renewal

The Standard Support can be renewed after one year. The price is 35% of the License fee as an yearly subscription (10% off if you order now for the next two or three years). For your convenience, we will give you advance notification by email before your support plan expires.

Please note that after expiration, you will no longer be able to open priority support tickets on our Customer Portal. When you extend your Standard Support plan we sum up the total support packages and calculate the duration from the time of the initial purchase of the license on.
In the case of support issues, priority is always given to customers with support contracts.
