Prices reflect Electronic Download of product and DO NOT include a CD ROM. If you would like to have any of our products on CD ROM you must add this at an additional cost to your order. Free Upgrades and Updates are available for download only and do not include CD ROM Media. Help Desk support by telephone is not included but may be purchased by registered users at an additional cost. We provide an appropriate demo time period on all our products. Please test our products fully prior to purchasing. Registration codes are given during normal business hours, please be patient as we manually verify all credit card purchases with your bank prior to releasing final registration codes.

If you have not received your payment confirmation email please try the following:

1. Notify us to resend your registration email.

4. Check to see if your inbox is full. If it is full, you may need to delete some existing emails in order to receive new ones.
5. After deleting emails, notify us to resend your registration email.

Refund Policy:
Refunds on software will not be given after registration or after 30 days from the original purchase date.
There are no refunds given on Help Desk Support or CD ROM Media.
