To use this software you must download and install pando software too. Review by Disappointed: This product is not FREE. It costs 19.99 which I believe may be necessary to view the logs. Nowhere did it say that, so maybe it just doesnt work. Looked promising, but definately not FREE. (3/5 - 27-Apr-2008)
