Sql Editor Freeware

Review by arnond: I thought it was freeware Wavepad has been a superb utility for editing MP3 samples. I have been samplib my old vinyl to computer and wavepad is excelelnt for thoe albums where there is no gap between tracks. Easy to use and efficient. Good job.
