Treedbnotes Freeware

Review by Cerdic: This otherwise very good program is crippled by two things. Firstly clicking a file does not open it, it merely opens the program. Secondly I found it did not cope well with large quantaties of data. Niether of these problems would rule it out for some however and it does a good job of organizing notes which is what most people will use it for. Regretably this program is not being developed further. (3/5 - 14-Feb-2007)
