Review by Bill Ferris: This program constantly crashed the Firefox web browser while I was using it. I was forced to remove the program from my computer before I could get Firefox to run normally again. I was only told to update to their latest software to fix the problem which I had already done. However, the same responses were all that I was given for a resolution to the problem. I requested a refund and was given the same response to just upgrade to the latest version of the software.
