Review by Festus: No support whatsoever if you have a problem. No email response. Phone support message says "mailbox full" and hangs up. Very prone to slowing your computer to a crawl, and is not invisible by any means. Every spyware and antivirus program I tried detected it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! (1/5 - 19-Mar-2007)

Review by Peter: Easy to use reporting engine. Especially if you need to report nested groups in both directions. Never seen this in the bottom up direction. Sometimes you want know not only the group membership of a user but even "the membership tree" of these groups. (4/5 - 21-Feb-2007)

Review by Dave: It's an okay program, but doesn't live up to its advertising. Counter to what the SpyArsenal site says, McAfee does detect it as a "Potentially unwanted program." Also, there is no way to tell it to monitor certain users and not others in a multi-user environment. Given an abundance of users, it's difficult to watch just one with everyone else showing cluttering up the logs. (3/5 - 20-Oct-2006)

Old alarms are not editable—you have to delete your alarm, then remake it while adding the changes you want to make, which, after a while, gets really annoying.
It does not seem to work anymore. Maybe their server is always under attack from related bulk mail services theyre putting out of business.
