Review by the expert: this program remove files not really containing trojans or viruses. It's a trap to pay. After removing those files a lot of stuff don't work correctly in your computer. Caution with that kind of program. This seems to be an awesome piece of software which performs far better than it looks. The developers have, for a change, concentrated on performance over beauty..FULL MARKS (and it's cheap!!) Review by Kevin Rast: I got this product after having all kinds of problems with spyware, I've been running it for 3 years, my machine runs SO much faster without all the spyware, and I've only had 1 problem the whole time, and that was when I let it expire. I re-upped my sub and tech support walked me throught clean and re-install on the phone and I had 0 negative impact from it. As far as I'm concerned webroot saved me days and days of spyware hassle. I was lead to believe this product woud block advertising etc. Last week he pop-up siad it is time to renew, being foolish and hopeing I was being protected in some little way I resubscribed for 2 years. Today the pop-up warned me my subscription is about to expire. When I visit this site I see I could have downloaded it for FREE. Talk about fraud/hoax. (1/5 - 19-Nov-2006)

Review by willy: ran norton found virus and could not delete or put into virus vault, ran asquared it found virus but listed it as a program so was able to untick it and press delete parameter, ran norton after norton gave clean bill of health it could not find it so asquared must have deleted it as machine then ran ok (5/5 - 8-Jun-2006) Review by W Bosworth: after running spybot sd and avg,i ran a-squared it found 87 other threats so how good are other programs (5/5 - 8-Jun-2006)

Review by Dutch: I use this program on a daily basis for over a year. working in a public library I download 100s of programs to try out first on my computer before installing them elsewhere. this programs has completely protected me from some otherwise very nasty spyware adn viruses. All it took was a reboot and things were back as they were a month ago. Also a 'Deepfreeze' user, a similar program to shadowsurfer, I have had the blue screen of death appear with the last message before dying was from deepfrz.sys - shadow surfer has never given me any problems. infact it has saved my PCs, and my time.
