Anti-spyware Soft

Review by Pete: Not really a free trial. After looking for spyware it says you must purchase it to remove the spyware it has found. It said it had found 61 infections on my computer, but once you look at its listing these 61 were realy only three. It had counted the multiple registry entries for each spyware as separte infections. As you cannot test it fully without purchase, then you canot really tell if you should use it or not. (3/5 - 26-Jun-2006) Review by rock: I think that this program is installing the spyware which people are finding. Have drive imaged and updated several times and the only program to update is spyware detector. Scan afterwards finds cydoor and a bunch of others. (1/5 - 17-Jun-2006) Review by Kim Rozell: Max Secure Spyware Detector found spyware that Webroot, Ad-Aware, and Spybot missed! I bought it and am very happy with it. I won't submit another online credit card order without running this software first! I purchased 5 other spyware programs and they all fall flat when put up against this product. (5/5 - 17-Nov-2005)

Review by Dutch: I use this program on a daily basis for over a year. working in a public library I download 100s of programs to try out first on my computer before installing them elsewhere. this programs has completely protected me from some otherwise very nasty spyware adn viruses. All it took was a reboot and things were back as they were a month ago. Also a 'Deepfreeze' user, a similar program to shadowsurfer, I have had the blue screen of death appear with the last message before dying was from deepfrz.sys - shadow surfer has never given me any problems. infact it has saved my PCs, and my time.
