Review by Don: I downloaded the DVD-IPOD suite convertor. When I try to convert to my IPOD, the program stops in the middle.
Here is my rub... I have sent 5 e-mails to this company and so far, they have not responded. This really bothers the heck out of me.
I recently contacted my credit card company and asked them to reverse the charges. I doubt I will ever again oder from them (2/5 - 24-Feb-2007)

Old alarms are not editable—you have to delete your alarm, then remake it while adding the changes you want to make, which, after a while, gets really annoying.
It does not seem to work anymore. Maybe their server is always under attack from related bulk mail services theyre putting out of business.
