Review by Xing Sang: Xara was the first program to let you edit graphics in preview mode, at a time when the big names such as Macromedia FreeHand and Adobe Illustrator still forced to you work exclusively with wireframes.
It doesn't take long to find your way around, either: the context-sensitive toolbar provides just about all the functions you need, and even if you feel compelled to access the menus, there are only six of them.

Instead of playing the DVD, it starts loading from the disc, and freezes the computer before the disc is "loaded". Never got beyond a screen saying "loading please wait - 6%".
This method would work great except that for software that is distributed to end-users - it wouldn't work too well, considering they either need XP or the WMI classes installed AND they need admini...
